For thin material processing with vertical and horizontal machining centers! It is very economical and helps reduce noise.
"I.Vac.Revo" is a vacuum clamp system that allows for long-term maintenance of vacuum pressure without piping. By using our own valve (stop valve) and injecting air into the stop valve with a dedicated air gun, the main engine unit operates and generates vacuum pressure. There are two types available: the "IVR-040254 type" for horizontal machining centers with an integrated scale, and the "IVR-3201.V1/3202.V1 type" for vertical and horizontal 5-axis machining centers. 【Features of IVR-040254 type】 ■ Vacuum pressure can exceed -90kPa, providing excellent suction power. ■ Long-term maintenance of vacuum pressure enables the use of multi-face pallets on horizontal machining centers, improving the efficiency of processing thin workpieces. ■ Workpiece adhesion is easily operated with a dedicated air injection gun. ■ The three-point pin method of the sub-plate system allows for precise replacement of custom plates made to user specifications. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
